Following a (new!) roof leak and 'rain indoors', they (and my insurance adjuster!) showed up almost before the roofer did. Impressive. They were very helpful in discussing the best way to deal with the 'wet affected material' and actually helped 'monitor' the roofers attempts at (dis) proving his poor work causing the leaks. They were also a huge help recommending other trades I might need. They removed the wet drywall very quickly (ceilings and walls) and left it open to dry out - at my request. At my request, they left it alone for several months while the coverage and roofer payments were settled, then when I was ready, they came in and replaced and mudded all the drywall in a day, and another day and half for painting. The quality of the drywall work was Excellent - when finished, the new work blended perfectly with the old. All the staff who worked on my home were exceeding professional and (again) helpful at recommending various clean up/repair methods and other trades (roofers) - the knowledge they have about what - and who - works well was very valuable. While, not surprisingly, the final bill was very close to what the insurance company paid in damages and deductible recovery, that's what it was for, after all. I'm VERY happy with the final results, their willingness to work with me on MY time schedule, and provide valuable referrals for other trades (insurance may not cover root causes.) Nice to see professionals who do their jobs efficiently, effectively and with minimal intrusion. Nice job!!
